LEARNING SPACES
Marian Catholic College is situated in beautiful bushland with panoramic views of the Blue Mountains and the Nepean Plain. Our impressive modern facilities support our diverse curriculum and include science labs, woodwork rooms, kitchens, music, performance and art spaces. Our iLearn Centre comprises several larger learning spaces with breakout spaces and flexible desks that provide adaptable learning environments for our students.
SPECIALISED AREAS
Learning Resource Centre
Our College library is a modern, well-equipped Learning Resource Centre and serves as a reference and recreational space. Welcoming and stimulating our students use the LRC for independent learning, study and reading for pleasure.
Performance Space
A professional learning environment for our Creative and Performing Arts students with high-end technologies for filming, lighting, sound and stage with the ability to offer live shows and performances for the community.
Creative Arts, Dance and Music Rooms
Filled with natural light and offering views of the Blue Mountains, these open learning spaces nurture and support the creativity, interests and talents of our students.
Hospitality Kitchen
Supporting students undertaking a Certificate II in Hospitality with a focus on Food and Beverage. Fully fitted out to meet industry standards this space allows students to set up a simulated cafe so they can practice preparing and serving cafe fare.
Agriculture Plot
Our outdoor ecology classroom agriculture plot includes livestock (alpacas, goats, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks and calves), numerous garden beds, an orchard, aquaponics system, pollinators garden, sensory garden and food forest. In addition it offers a glasshouse, greenhouse and bee apiary.
Fabrication and Inquiry Rooms
This innovative open plan environment facilitates learning throughout the Technology department. The workshop-based classroom setting provides opportunities in robotics, coding and simulations. Students are able to use 3D printers and laser cutters as well as more traditional technologies.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Students at Marian also enjoy making the most of the school's outdoor areas, from sports courts and our large grassed playing field to outdoor learning spaces and shaded seating areas for learning and socialising.
Basketball/ Netball Courts
A large basketball/netball court is one of a number of areas available for students to engage in physical activity and, being undercover, it can be used all year round. We also have two additional multi-purpose sports courts for student use.
Playing Field
We strive to offer our children a range of activities and sporting opportunities that help to develop the whole person and have a number of open outdoor areas and sports courts available.
Main Quadrangle
Our landscaped main quadrangle incorporates outdoor learning spaces supporting a range of engaging educational experiences.
